We are a diverse group of professional men and women dedicated to service.  In our community and around the world we

  • create opportunities for children's educational and ethical development
  • prevent hunger
  • promote health

We come together each week to enjoy each other's company and to be enriched by educational, entertaining and heart-warming programs. Our families join us in our service and our fellowship.

We are part of Rotary International, which has more than 1.2 million members worldwide. We live by its motto, Service Above Self. We live by its code of ethics known as The 4 Way Test.

We are Englewood Rotary.

Locally, we support education and literacy:

  • this year giving $40,000 in college and trade school scholarships to graduating seniors at Englewood High School and Colorado's Finest High School of Choice
  • sending four high school students to an extraordinary Rotary camp that teaches leadership

World-wide, we support Rotary International's mission to eradicate polio from the world. We  partner with Rotary Clubs in other nations on educational and humanitarian projects.

Current membership:
  •  We have 23 members from diverse professions - engineer, physician, attorney, Realtor, CPA, psychotherapist, financial advisor, and more. Only a few of us work or live in the City of Englewood, but the club is dedicated to service in Englewood because that is our charter through Rotary, and we know we can make an important difference here.
    We meet:
We get together the firest three Wednesdays of the month at noon at The Malley Recreation Center, 3380 S. Lincoln, Englewood. We share updates on our projects and hear a guest speaker. We also have a nice lunch with time to chat and get to know one other. On the fourth Wednesday of the month, we usually do an evening happy hour instead of a lunch meeting. Be sure to check our calendar.  Or email us at englewoodcoloradorotaryclub@gmail.com
We play:
We plan about eight events that are purely social during the year. We call it fellowship. These include a club picnic, dinners at members' homes, outings such as to a Colorado Rockies game, happy hour, and a holiday dinner in December. Our members believe it's important to bring our families into our fun, as well as into our service.
And we serve, as cited above
