Gang, President Ed is on vacation, totally missing today's snowstorm. We wish him lots of warm sunshine.
This week's speaker is Liz Daeninck, who comes highly recommended by our member Spencer. She helped him change his eating habits and become the svelte guy you see today. Liz is a nutritionist and registered dietitian. For those of you with weight-loss New Year's Resolution, this meeting is for you! Check her out on the website www.mindbodyhealth.us.
Happy Hour this month will be at Bar Louie. Before heading west, Ed reserved the private dining room for us. I'll have a sign-up sheet tomorrow.
We will have a brief board meeting following the regular meeting, mainly to discuss our leadership plans for next year (it's exciting).
Anyone interested in DU gymastics? The marketing folks there are offering us free tickets to a competition between DU and University of Oklahoma. It's Feb. 10 at 2 p.m. in Magness Arena.
