The Most Fun Wine-Tasting Ever!
Ed has created a great event for us -- a get-together with wine experts and fun tastings.
It's Sunday, Nov. 5, in Littleton, and we need more people to enjoy this time together. If you haven't responded to the evite Ed sent last week, now's the time. Or zap him an email: edkoinc@comcast.net.
In a year when we didn't have our own golf tournament, we have been creative about funding the programs and projects most important to us.
We found money for a matching grant for work in Senegal. We have funded the grant Ed championed to help active military and veterans around the holidays with food and gifts. With money reserved for crises that might arise for this population later in the year.
Now, we need to make sure we have enough to fund our holiday party and gift outreach to the Head Start kids, a strong RYLA presence, and a contribution from this-year funds to our scholarship program. And to salt away some funds for next year's military program.
It's THAT important to attend this great evening and bring others as guests or people also dedicated to these efforts.
