Happy New Year, Rotarians! Actually, I've been wishing friends a HAPPIER New Year, because the last two years in a pandemic have been rough.
Just when we thought the pain was lifting, along came Omicron, and so many people -- even those who are boosted -- are getting it.
For that reason we will be going to what Rotary now calls a "hybrid meeting" -- we'll have an in-person meeting at The Guild, but we also will offer the meeting by Zoom. This will be our first week doing that, but I'm reasonably confident we can pull it off.
So this week I need TWO RSVPS from you:

We're having a Southwestern Grill menu: Chili-citrus grilled chicken breasts and salmon filets topped with black bean and corn salsa, with creamy salsa dressing on the side and served over fiesta rice. Also includes a mixed greens salad with green chile ranch, bistro rolls & butter, and assorted desserts.

Our speaker this week is our very own Spencer Mamber. I asked Spence to talk about what's happening in Colorado real estate. We've seen our homes appreciate hugely in the last two years. And there seems to be some new trends in how homes are bought and sold. So look forward to getting the facts from Spence.
