We're zooming tomorrow
Rotarians, we're on zoom tomorrow (and May 12). We're all excited about getting back to in-person meetings and at our new location, the Elks Club of Englewood. But that starts May 19.
Tomorrow, our program will be presented by our former longtime member Phil Harding. I asked Phil to speak about personal injury law, which he practices. As Bob and I spent an awful lot of time in front of the television in the last year, I was struck by how many commercials were from attorneys seeking clients who had been injured in traffic accidents.
The commercials must work, because some firms are spending a lot of money on them, as well as advertising at Ball Arena.
So Phil agreed and chose to title his presentation this way: "Kill All the Lawyers" and Other Misconceptions about Law in America." That oughta be interesting!
So tune in.
Where is Susan? She's out of town, visiting her sister. Happy visit, Susan.
